Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. nonfat buttermilk
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 boxes sugar-free jello (lemon and orange)
Method
- Heat pineapple. Remove
- from heat and stir in dry jello mix. Let chill 10
- to 15 minutes (don't let it congeal).
- Add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
- Stir
- and
- pour
- in 8 x 8-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
- Cuts easily in lovely squares.
- Easy, 10 calories and yummy!
