Ingredients
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 3 small boxes any flavor Jell-O
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- nuts
- coconut
- marshmallows (if desired)
Method
- Bring pineapple (including juice) to boil.
- Add Jell-O and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in buttermilk.
- Cool in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours or until thick.
- Blend in Cool Whip and extras, if added.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
