Ingredients
- 2 cans sweet peas
- 1 small jar mayo
- pickle juice
- pepper and salt
- diced mushrooms (small)
- grated cheese
- onions (optional)
- pimentos (optional)
Method
- Empty mayo into large bowl.
- Pour in a small amount of pickle juice and mix until mayo is the thick side of runny.
- Add pepper and salt for taste.
- Add peas, cheese and mushrooms.
- Stir to mix. Refrigerate and serve in decorative bowl.
- Great for potlucks.
