Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 3 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- In blender container, combine buttermilk and mayonnaise. Process until thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a bowl or jar that has a tight fitting cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Just before serving, stir well. Makes 12 servings.
