Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter, softened
  • 2 c flour
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Method

  • Mix butter, flour, sour cream and egg yolk together.
  • Put in refrigerator and chill so it is workable.
  • Mix sugar, cinnamon and finely chopped nuts.
  • Roll part of the dough in pie shape (thin). Put topping on; cut in narrow pie shape slices.
  • Roll from the outside edge to center and put on baking sheet.
  • Cookies can be close together as they don't spread.
