Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (or more to taste)
- About 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
- Put the egg yolks, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor.
- Blend for 10 seconds.
- Slowly add the oil until you have a thick mayonnaise.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and place in a bowl.
