Ingredients
- 115 g butter, softened
- 225 g cream cheese
- 480 g icing sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- food coloring, of your choice
Method
- Soften butter and cream cheese (to help, can use microwave on very low heat).
- Beat until blended.
- Add icing sugar and beat until creamy.
- You do not need to add all the icing sugar if you want a less sweet final product.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Add food colourings of your choice.
