Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped pecans (I use 1 1/2 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cans evaporated milk (large)
- 2 pkg. butter-pecan instant pudding
- 2 qt. milk
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Cook pecans in butter for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Let cool and drain on paper towel. Mix with rest of ingredients and freeze.
