Ingredients
- 1 c. juice-packed canned peaches
- 2 Tbsp. frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg white
- 1 c. crushed ice
Method
- Chill peaches in freezer until very cold.
- Add to blender container with pink lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, egg white and crushed ice; puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Makes two (1 1/4 cup) servings.
