Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. macaroni, uncooked
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Crumble beef in 2-quart casserole.
- Microwave 5 minutes on Full power.
- Drain fat.
- Mix in sauce, macaroni and water. Microwave, covered, for 13 minutes on High, stirring once. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
