Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1/2 gal. ice cream (vanilla)
- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
Method
- Crush cookies and add oleo.
- Pat in pan and freeze for 1 hour. Soften ice cream.
- Put on top of crust and freeze.
- Mix chocolate chips, oleo, powdered sugar and evaporated milk.
- Boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Let cool thoroughly and put on top of ice cream; sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
- Freeze 2 hours.
