Ingredients

  • 4 x 200g salmon steaks
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Creamy Egg Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon baby capers, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • grated rind of 1/2 lemon

  • seasonal vegetables, to serve Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06

Method

  • Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper then cook in an oiled frying pan or grill pan until cooked to your liking.
  • Keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, milk, capers, parsley, chives, mustard and rind in a microwave safe bowl until smooth.
  • Heat gently in microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes or until warmed through.
  • Serve the salmon over mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
  • Drizzle with sauce and serve immediately.
