- 1 to 2 pork roasts
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
- salt to taste
- 1 to 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. cumino
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 to 6 green chilies
- 1 to 1 1/2 onions, chopped
- dash of chili powder
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- cheese, shredded
- flour tortillas
Method
- Cook roast and shred; mix in remaining ingredients and roll into flour tortillas.
