Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 5 tortilla shells
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Brown hamburger and onion; drain, then add refried beans, mushrooms and taco seasoning.
  • Heat.
  • Mix together 1 cup sour cream and mushroom soup.
  • Spread 1/2 of sour cream mixture on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Wrap meat mixture in tortilla shells; put on top of sour cream mixture.
  • Put rest of sour cream mixture on top; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
  • Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
