Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

  • Disjoint chicken wings and discard tip ends.
  • Stir together soy sauce, vinegar, sugars, ginger and garlic for marinade.
  • Put wings in heavy plastic bag and pour in marinade. Close bag and place in a bowl in case the bag leaks.
  • Marinate at least 2 hours, overnight is best.
  • To cook place in a 13 x 9-inch oblong pan and bake at 350° for over 1 hour.
  • Yield:
  • 12 servings.
