Ingredients
- 3 or 4 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 to 8 pork chops
Method
- Cube potatoes and
- place
- on
- bottom of casserole dish, then slices of onion over this.
- Brown the chops (doesn't have to
- be done)
- and
- place
- over the onion.
- Stir mushroom soup along
- with about 1/4 can of water together and pour over all. Place
- few dots
- of
- butter over this and cover with foil. Cook 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°.
