Ingredients
- 2 lb. fish fillets*
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cut fillets into serving size portions.
- Cut six pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, 12 x 12 inches each.
- Grease lightly.
