Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all and bake in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Sprinkle top with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
