Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 lb. brown sugar
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 8 tsp. soda
- 1 lb. margarine, softened
- 3 lb. peanut butter
- 16 c. oats
- 2 c. flour
- 1 lb. chocolate chips
- 1 lb. M&M's candies
Method
- Place eggs in large bowl; beat thoroughly.
- Add next 9 ingredients, mixing thoroughly after each one.
- Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's.
- Drop from ice cream scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet about 6 on a sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 15 to 18 minutes. Yields 6 dozen monster size cookies.
