- 4 boneless chicken breast halves, boiled & shredded
- 1 12 oz. bottle of hot sauce
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix, prepared (need mayo + milk)
- I cup chopped celery
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Fritos scoops
- Cut up celery stalks
Method
- 1. In a 9 x 13 baking dish combine shredded chicken & hot sauce, spreading to make an even layer.
- 2. In a saucepan combine cream cheese, dressing & celery over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- 3. Pour mixture evenly over chicken and sprinkle with Monterey jack.
- 4. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
- 5. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes, stir and serve with Fritos and celery stalks
