Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, boiled & shredded
  • 1 12 oz. bottle of hot sauce
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix, prepared (need mayo + milk)
  • I cup chopped celery
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • Fritos scoops
  • Cut up celery stalks

Method

  • 1. In a 9 x 13 baking dish combine shredded chicken & hot sauce, spreading to make an even layer.
  • 2. In a saucepan combine cream cheese, dressing & celery over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  • 3. Pour mixture evenly over chicken and sprinkle with Monterey jack.
  • 4. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
  • 5. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes, stir and serve with Fritos and celery stalks
