Ingredients
- 1 packet Silken tofu
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 200 ml Bonito dashi stock
- 1 Scallions
Method
- Cut the tofu to preferred size.
- Cook gently in boiled water for 2~3 minutes.
- Drain in a colander lined with paper towels.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Pour into the saucepan.
- Heat gently and stir well until thickened.
- Add the ground ginger and stir well.
- Pour the sauce over the prepared tofu.
- Garnish with chopped scallion and serve.
