Ingredients

  • 5 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 - 8oz pack of cream cheese
  • 12 oz of Texas Pete
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese

Method

  • Place cream cheese and Texas Pete in large pan over heat to melt cream cheese.
  • One cream cheese is melted add chicken and mix well.
  • Add cup of ranch dressing
  • Add 3/4 cup of Monterrey jack cheese (save rest to sprinkle on top)
  • Poor mixture in pan sprinkle remaining cheese on top place in oven until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with corn chips and or celery.
