Ingredients
- 5 cups shredded chicken
- 2 - 8oz pack of cream cheese
- 12 oz of Texas Pete
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
Method
- Place cream cheese and Texas Pete in large pan over heat to melt cream cheese.
- One cream cheese is melted add chicken and mix well.
- Add cup of ranch dressing
- Add 3/4 cup of Monterrey jack cheese (save rest to sprinkle on top)
- Poor mixture in pan sprinkle remaining cheese on top place in oven until cheese is melted.
- Serve with corn chips and or celery.
