Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raw corn kernels
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 pound tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- Heat 2 tablespoons water in a skillet and saute corn and onion, stirring occasionally until corn is tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and basil.
