Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 liter boiling water
  • 300 grams Bucatini pasta n9
  • 65 grams parseley leaves
  • 150 grams olive oil, extra virgin
  • 30 grams Pine nuts
  • 40 grams feta cheese
  • 1/2 garlic cloves

Method

  • When water is boiling add the noodles and cook about 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, cover the pan while you prepare the sauce.
  • In a pesto and mortar add all the ingredients and macerete it.
  • add the hot pasta on a plate and put the sauce on top.
