Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 20 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 2 packages 10 Count Buttermilk Biscuits

Method

  • Brown and drain beef.
  • Add sauce, stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters or smaller.
  • Fold into sauce.
  • Pour into greased 4 quart pan (or 2 smaller pans).
  • Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
  • (Baking time may vary from oven to oven.
  • Spaghetti sauce can also be used instead of pizza sauce.)
