Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can milk (I use skim milk, also use mushroom soup can to measure milk)
Method
- Brown chops in skillet.
- Place chops in large baking dish and place sliced onions on top of chops.
- Mix soup with milk and pour over chops.
- Cover with foil and bake in a 350° oven an hour or until tender.
