Ingredients
- 1 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 2 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Egg
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 1/2 c. Walnut pcs
Method
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add in the cocoa and stir till completely dissolved.
- Let cold to room temperature.
- Add in the cocoa and all other ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your manual.
- Select raisin bread setting.
- Start.
- Add in the nuts at the beeper.
