  • 4 pieces corn, shucked
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped*
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh
