Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can French onion soup
- 1 cup rice
- 14 cup butter
Method
- Mix the soups and Rice and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Drop pats of butter on top of the soup and rice.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
