Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 1 lb. potatoes, cut in fourths
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 1 medium onion
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook celery, potatoes and onion in broth.
- Using blender, alternate soup, cheese and oleo.
- Put small amounts in blender each time.
- Pour into large pot to heat.
- Can be frozen.
