Ingredients

  • 1 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Method

  • Cook chocolate, milk and sugar in large saucepan on very low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Pour into large bowl.
  • Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  • Whisk chocolate mixture until blended.
  • Add marshmallows and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  • Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
