Ingredients
- 24 medium size cucumbers
- 8 c. water
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. mustard seed
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Method
- Wash cucumbers; drain.
- Combine salt and 8 cups water.
- Pour over cucumbers and let stand 5 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Drain well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boiling.
- Put into jars and seal.
