Ingredients

  • 1 medium head lettuce
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 13 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • purple onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar

Method

  • In a large bowl, place lettuce, celery, pepper, onion, peas, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise (spread like icing), sugar (over all), grated Cheddar and bacon.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  • Toss before serving.
