Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 or 2 lb. Veal cutlets
- 1 pkg. Au jus sauce mix
- 1/4 c. white wine
- butter
- bread crumbs
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
