Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 tsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots

Method

  • Cook broccoli and drain.
  • Combine soup, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and carrots.
  • Add broccoli and mix with electric mixer.
  • Place melted butter or margarine in casserole dish. Pour in mixture.
  • Sprinkle herb stuffing mix over top.
  • Bake in 350° oven for about 25 minutes.
