Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 1 lb. bacon, chopped and browned
  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped into small pieces
  • 3/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Method

  • Mix salad ingredients together except bacon and almonds.
  • Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with salad.
  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
  • Add bacon and almonds just before serving.
