Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 2 c. lukewarm potato water
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. oil
Method
- Soften yeast in the hot potato water.
- Mix all ingredients well in earthenware bowl and then set away, in this bowl, loosely covered, to ferment.
- The batch will take 48 hrs to ferment.
- After this period, pour starter into jar with lid and keep in the refrigerator to be used as needed.
