Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can milk
- 2 c. regular milk
Method
- Cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks together.
- Add vanilla and cornstarch.
- Add milk. Stir.
- Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Pour in two pie crusts.
- Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn down to 350° for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
