Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of broccoli
  • 1/2 small package of mozarella cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • For salad dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • black pepper
  • Salt

Method

  • First cut broccoli tops in very small pieces trying to go with the original shape of broccoli. Put broccoli in a bowl with cold ice water and ice cubes to soak for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Cut the bacon in small cubes and put in skillet until crispy, remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Cut cheese in small cubes as well and set aside.
  • For dressing:
  • Mix mayo very slowly with vinegar until smooth and add pepper and sugar and a pinch of salt.
  • When ready to serve drain broccoli and mix with cheese cubes, dressing and bacon crisps. Ouila!!
