Ingredients
- 2 bunches of broccoli
- 1/2 small package of mozarella cheese
- 8 slices of bacon
- For salad dressing:
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- black pepper
- Salt
Method
- First cut broccoli tops in very small pieces trying to go with the original shape of broccoli. Put broccoli in a bowl with cold ice water and ice cubes to soak for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Cut the bacon in small cubes and put in skillet until crispy, remove from heat and let it cool.
- Cut cheese in small cubes as well and set aside.
- For dressing:
- Mix mayo very slowly with vinegar until smooth and add pepper and sugar and a pinch of salt.
- When ready to serve drain broccoli and mix with cheese cubes, dressing and bacon crisps. Ouila!!
