Ingredients
- Chicken breast 500gr.
- neutral cream 100ml
- Chicken broth
- Gorgonzola 50 gr.
- Onion
- Garlic
- Parmesan 20gr.
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
Method
- Fry the onions on olive oil in the heated pan.
- Add the finely diced garlic clove and add it to the onions.
- Add the diced chicken breasts and stir until finely golden brown.
- Add the broth and let it boil on a low heat for about 10 min, then add the neutral cream and boil for another 10 min.
- At the end add the rosemary, parmesan and the gorgonzola. Voila!
- Serve it with baked potatoes or any vegetables by your choice.
