Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 500gr.
  • neutral cream 100ml
  • Chicken broth
  • Gorgonzola 50 gr.
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan 20gr.
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil

Method

  • Fry the onions on olive oil in the heated pan.
  • Add the finely diced garlic clove and add it to the onions.
  • Add the diced chicken breasts and stir until finely golden brown.
  • Add the broth and let it boil on a low heat for about 10 min, then add the neutral cream and boil for another 10 min.
  • At the end add the rosemary, parmesan and the gorgonzola. Voila!
  • Serve it with baked potatoes or any vegetables by your choice.
