Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 or 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and pimentos.
  • Pour into greased 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and pimentos over the top.
  • Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Makes 8 to 10 servings.
