Ingredients
- 14 oz broccoli florets, thinly sliced
- 4 oz coarsely grated Cheddar cheese
- 7 None large eggs
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x12 inch rimmed baking pan and line base and sides with parchment paper.
- Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water until bright green, around 30 seconds. Drain.
- Layer broccoli and cheese in prepared pan. Whisk together eggs and cream then pour into pan. Bake for 25 mins, or until just set. Let cool for 5 mins then cut into squares to serve.
