Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed)
- 8 oz. Gourmandise, softened
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
- In small mixer bowl, beat softened Gourmandise, cream cheese and reserved pineapple juice until well blended.
- Stir in pineapple; chill thoroughly.
- Shape into ball; roll in pecans.
- Chill until serving time.
- Serve with crackers and fresh fruit slices.
- Makes about 2 cups.
