Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli or spears, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Grease casserole.
- Saute onions in margarine in a pot.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Melt cheese in soup. Add milk and other ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
