Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Thaw broccoli in sieve over bowl to catch liquid.
- Mix soup and onion.
- Stir in 1/4 cup liquid drained from broccoli.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of broccoli in casserole.
- Top with 1/3 of soup mixture, 1/3 of stuffing mix and 1/3 of melted butter. Repeat twice.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly in center.
- Yields 8 servings.
