Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Thaw broccoli in sieve over bowl to catch liquid.
  • Mix soup and onion.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup liquid drained from broccoli.
  • Sprinkle 1/3 of broccoli in casserole.
  • Top with 1/3 of soup mixture, 1/3 of stuffing mix and 1/3 of melted butter. Repeat twice.
  • Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly in center.
  • Yields 8 servings.
