Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. cubed spuds
- several pats butter
- 1 can diced carrots, drained
- 1/4 c. rice
- 1 raw, sliced onion
- 1 can peas, drained
- 3 c. tomato soup
Method
- Brown ground beef in small amount of fat and salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain excess fat.
- Line bottom of casserole dish with spuds, salt to taste and several pats of butter.
- Add carrots. Follow with layer of rice and onion.
- Add peas.
- For layer six, add ground beef.
