Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz.) bags frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. buttered bread crumbs (stuffing cubes)
Method
- Cook broccoli.
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese; blend well.
- Pour over broccoli.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly and slightly browned.
- Serves 10.
