Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb. peeled raw shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. wine (white)
- dash of paprika
- cooked egg noodles
Method
- Melt butter.
- Saute onion and garlic on High for two minutes. Add shrimp, parsley, paprika, Tabasco and pepper.
- Cover.
- Cook on High for 7 minutes or until shrimp are tender.
- Stir once or twice.
- Stir in flour, water, wine and salt.
- Cook on High for 2 minutes or until mixture thickens.
- Serve over medium egg noodles that have been tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese.
