Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 lb. peeled raw shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. wine (white)
  • dash of paprika
  • cooked egg noodles

Method

  • Melt butter.
  • Saute onion and garlic on High for two minutes. Add shrimp, parsley, paprika, Tabasco and pepper.
  • Cover.
  • Cook on High for 7 minutes or until shrimp are tender.
  • Stir once or twice.
  • Stir in flour, water, wine and salt.
  • Cook on High for 2 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  • Serve over medium egg noodles that have been tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese.
