Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Cook broccoli as directed on package.
- Drain.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry.
- Squeeze lemon over broccoli in casserole dish.
- Place mixture over top of broccoli.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Let sauce bubble.
- Top with cheese.
- Serves 4 to 6.
