Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 10 oz. pkg. onion/garlic croutons
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Cook broccoli in water until cooked.
- Melt butter to liquid. Beat eggs.
- Add all the ingredients together, stir it thoroughly. Bake at 350° in any baking pan until top is browned and casserole is lightly moist.
